Professional Brow Highlighter/Concealer Pencil

This pencil features one end with a gorgeous under eye/ above the brow or spot concealer and the other end with a universal highlighter pencil. It creates beautiful finishes and an instant brow lift.

Our highlighter concealer pencil has a truly wonderful formula. It is not too
creamy so as to cause a messy application but not too firm to be difficult to
apply. It is also the perfect width to work with common cosmetic pencil sharpeners. 

*** Use with Smudge Brush
We recommend pairing the highlighter pencil with our smudge brush. The brush
blends the pencils down perfectly to create an amazingly natural finish.
