We require 30% deposits on the day of booking for appointments 45 minutes or longer.
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments cannot be made online or via SMS you must contact our salons to do so:

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, if we don’t receive 48 hours notice you will lose your deposit and it will not be used towards your next appointment due to failure to comply with our cancellation policy.
We do not require a deposit from our regular Brow Maintenance clients , however, if you fail to give us 48 hours notice on more than one occasion , you will be required to pay for your following appointments in full before we book any further appointments.
‘No Shows’ will result in loss of deposit and will not be rescheduled for any future appointments.
