In using any service at Martina Ivey Brow Artistry, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:
PAYMENT OF SERVICE (S)
The following are all acceptable methods of payment.
- Cash
- Visa Debit/Credit Card/AMEX
- ZIPPAY is available for eligible purchases via our website
Our terms are payment of a booking fee prior to commencing service(s).
Please see below section regarding booking fees.
REFUNDS OF SERVICES (S) POLICY
Martina Ivey Brow Artistry has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases of goods or services if you change your mind. Once you have paid the booking fee you are committing to your appointment and the procedure. No refunds shall be offered for change of mind or where a service(s) is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.
BOOKING FEE POLICY:
All booking fees are STRICTLY non-refundable.
A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required to secure all appointments. If your booking fee is not received prior to your appointment, we will not tentatively hold the booking for you. The booking fee paid at time of booking will be deducted from your total on the day.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling of COSMETIC TATTOO appointments must be made a minimum 14 business days prior to your scheduled appointment to allow another client sufficient time to complete the pre care requirements.
If we do not receive 14 business days notice you will lose your booking fee and it will not be used towards your next appointment due to failure to comply with our cancellation policy.
If you wish to re book your Cosmetic Tattoo appointment then a further 50% booking fee will be taken in order to secure this.
For all other services we require at least 48 hours notice should you wish to reschedule your appointment, if we don’t receive 48 hours notice you will lose your booking fee and it will not be used towards your next appointment due to failure to comply with our rescheduling policy.
In addition to this if you fail to give us 48 hours’ notice you will also be required to pay for your following appointments in full at time of re booking.
Rescheduling of appointments cannot be made online or via SMS you must contact our salons directly to do so.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our appointments are precious and are reserved especially for you! If you have a scheduled appointment, you will be sent an SMS reminder two days before your appointment. If you are unable to attend an appointment we ask that you contact us promptly.
Cancellation of a scheduled COSMETIC TATTOO appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.
For all other services we require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a loss of the booking fee and it will not be used towards your next appointment due to failure to comply with our cancellation policy.
Non-attendance at an appointment means the time cannot be allocated to another client ‘No Shows’ will result in loss of your booking fee and will not be rescheduled for any future appointments.

GIFT CARD POLICY
Gift cards purchased at Martina Ivey brow Artistry are to be used within 1 (one) year from the purchase date unless stated otherwise. Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
RUNNING LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
We request that all clients come at least 10 minutes prior to their cosmetic tattoo appointment or 5 minutes to any other appointment.
If you are running late, please let us know and we will do everything we can to try and accommodate, however, due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. Being over 10 mins late will result in losing your booking fee.
Please allow yourself time for parking and possibilities of traffic at peak times.
REMINDER SERVICE
We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent out to you 2 days prior to your appointment. This reminder is a courtesy and does not remove your responsibility for keeping appointments once you have made them.
We ask that you contact the Salon directly in order to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY
As much as we love children, we hope you can understand that we can not assure their safety in our salon. It is therefore the responsibility of the client to supervise any children/minors. Martina Ivey Brow Artistry can not take any responsibility should anything happen to an unsupervised child.
